For an astonishing eighth year running, Pembrokeshire’s well-established Vauxhall retailer have been awarded yet again by Vauxhall for providing class leading service to their customers.

Vauxhall’s Customer Excellence Award congratulates top UK retailers for providing only the very best customer service based on the results of surveys sent out by Vauxhall. The small team at W P Lewis & Son are one of only four retailers in the UK who have received this accolade consecutively since the formation of Vauxhall’s Customer Excellence Award programme.

W P Lewis & Son proudly accepted their 2019 award from Vauxhall’s Regional Manager Ian Fendt and Head of Vauxhall Sales Lincoln Thurman.

Managing Director Steve Lloyd added,

“I would like to say a big thank you to our customers and dedicated team for an outstanding year yet again. I’m sure that my grandfather, our founder Bill Lewis and my uncle Stuart Lewis would be extremely proud of our achievements and for continuing their traditional principles of providing the personal service you only receive at a small business like ours.”

The team have long stood by the foundations instilled within the company when the workshop doors first opened in 1950 by the late Bill Lewis MBE who was known locally for his work within the community, the personal service he gave to his customers and his expertise in mechanical engineering.

Steve concluded,

“I am very grateful for having such a great team of dedicated and hardworking individuals from sales to service, workshop to parts, who always go above and beyond – without this amazing team working together, we would not be where we are today. I would also like to say a big thank you to my aunt, Margaret whose support over the last 7 years has been massive. Without her belief and determination to continue what was started for us, the team and I are extremely grateful!”
