Vauxhall Customer Excellence Award 2016

The W. P. Lewis & Son Team have done it again and are celebrating after hearing from Vauxhall HQ that they have won the Vauxhall 'Customer Excellence Award' 2016.

The Dealership broke new ground last year when they won the highly regarded award for the fourth year, consecutively, since Vauxhall began awarding its retailers for delivering high quality customer service meaning that W. P. Lewis & Son remain the only Vauxhall Dealership in Wales to have won this award the most, now winning 5 years in a row.

Customer Satisfaction is the most important element of everyone's job at W. P. Lewis & Son and this is reflected in the feedback given to Vauxhall by their customers.
